ADP Phishing Scam

One of the employees in my office clicked on the link inside one of these phishing emails from ADP (not really from ADP).  I cannot find information anywhere on what to do if you do fall for the "Phish" and click on the wrong thing.  Need to develop a plan - and would prefer to not have to wipe out computer...  Can't tell if there is anything wrong with it...
