Termination Code 1203

I am using AccountRight Plus V19, and was deleting a superfluous transaction when I got the following message:

AccountRight Plus must terminate.  Termination Code 1203. Important Details: Error -3000 in DMReleaseRecord (5029:7002:147)

Whayt is the best way  to fix this problem and  what does it mean?

If you cannot optimise or verify your company
file successfully,
you will need to restore your most recent
backup.

Typically when a user receives an error -3000 I
would suggest to try optimizing the file first. The
optimization assistant will try to re-index the file as
well as try to remove any corruption it possibly can
within your company file. In order to optimize your company file, please login
to it and access your file drop down menu. You
should notice an optimize company file about half
way down. Once the file has been optimized, I
would suggest verifying the file through your file
drop down menu to further check the integrity of the file.

After getting the message, I could not get access to either optimise or verify, so this solution is not feasible at this time.  But thanks for the suggestion..
