Suggestions for hosted anti-spam? MailEssentials/Mailmarshall?

Hi, is there a report showing the market leaders in hosted anti-spam for my email server?

We only have 10 users on this server (SBS 2003)

I just want ease of use and efficiency in spam blocking. I have been looking at mailessentials and mailmarshall, any other suggestions/advice?
