Free Tool: ZipGrep

ZipGrep is a utility that can list and search zip (.war, .ear, .jar, etc) archives for text patterns, without the need to extract the archive's contents.

One of a set of tools we're offering as a way to say thank you for being a part of the community.

In order to "save time for installation." you need to install a volume license edition of Windows since that's the only one that can be used to create an image.

Then if you want free, just use Windows server - WDS is a role built in.  You can use that to image the machines.

disk manager 12 is very nice - but in your case, the server version for business use maybe what you need :  http://www.paragon-software.com/products/business/
