Hi Experts.  Can someone tell me firstly how to get reasonable looking icons in the menu of NotifyIcon Menu, mine all look terrible no matter what size, resolution or graphic format I use, and secondly, how do i get to insert the larger size icons, like you see in the Windows system trays.  ANy help would be appreciated.

it looks nice actually, i'd use photoshop or any other image editor to make them the same size and maybe smooth them a little bit.

Any ideas how I could get the effcet as shown in the attached pic?  Especially the larger icon at the top?  And the seperated colours on the bottom?
