jquery verticle thumb slider

I hope to get a supper fast help here :-)

I am really new to jQuery i know the basics ....
I am trying to do a simple vertical thumb slider. i managed to do the "slide up" but i cannot get the slide down to work as it should.

here is the url:
http://projects.exceptional-freelancer.com/slider/index.html

click on the slide up text link and see that it works. the "slider down" does not work right.

can you help me fix this?

you forgot to handle down_btn click.
you have:
$('#up_btn').each(function(){      
but not:
$('#down_btn').each(function(){

I did not do the down button script because i did not know how to. that was why i posted the Q.
