Sorry the character I am trying to save is a music note. The text in Expert Exchange changed the music note to a upsidedown ?  I am trying to save a music note to the database

I'm not sure which music note you are trying to store...
Just store whichever one you want in this format:

♩

Here is a list of them

Hope that helps!

What I am doing is the user entered a ¿ by going to Start/Accessories/Character Map copying and then pasting into a text box. Then when they click a save button the text box is saved into a MYSQL database BLOB field. Then the user can click a print button and the MYSQL field is printed as a crystsal report. Everyting works fine except the music notes are not printed they show up as a box where the ¿ should be.
