Can't search archive emails in Outlook 2011 Mac Lion

I just transfer all data to a new Lion mac from a older Macpro , I tried to search email in the search field in outlook but come out with no result, however, there r actually emails in the folder. Pls advise, thanks

Please consider changing the grade from B to A
B grades lower my EE status
