Hi

We are currently running a windows 2008 server which running AD, SQL Database and stores all user work.

What I would like to acheive is back up everything to NAS Drives everynight (onsite) and then backup again to an off site machine.

Is this possible ?

With ShadowProtect of StorageCraft you can backup to NAS and also offsite. After the 1st full backup, which I suggest you do onsite because of the bandwidth needed, you can do incremental backups at intervals as small as 15 minutes, so you don't have only do it overnight. As incremental backups are small, particularly if done often, that won't put much load on your internet connection.

You can consolidate older incremental backups into the full backup. You can also start the backed up server as a VM using oracle's VirtualBox directly, so you can immediately access your server for either testing purposes, or also should the real server break down and needs to be replaced or repaired. It also includes a restore to dissimilar hardware option.

I'd say you need ShadowProtect Server. But the best thing would be to get in touch with their sales department (or with one of their reseller partners, maybe one located near you), and they should then be able to give you better advise on what exactly you need.
