Remote desktop roles in windows server 2012

Dear experts.
im having a bit of trouble figuring a case out.
i have constructed a server with windows serevr 2012. this server . the bare metal installation works as a domain controller for COmpany.Local and a Hyper V Host.

here is the plot

i installed three server 2008 R2  virtual machiens 1 domain controller for COmpany2.local and 2 member servers.i then added a third member server which is a 2012 Server to this domain.
what i wanna do is to install a full remote desktop service on this 2012 guest in the domain COmpany2.local and allow it to use the Hyper-V host from the domain COmpany2.local as a hyper-v host.
what i did is the foolowing.
i contructed a 2 way domain trust between both servers.
i added the Hyper v host to the managed servers list on the 2012 Guest and then i started the remote desktop role procedure from adding roles.

i added the 2012 guest in all the roles and when i come to add Host.company1.local as a RD virtualization host i got a compatibility error saying that the server has reboots pending and needs to be restarted.
 irestarted the entire host but it didnt help i still get the same message.
how can i solve this?

Never *ever* ***EEEVVVEEERRR*** collocate the hyper-V role with other roles. It will cause all sorts of unpredictable behaviors. Your DC should be a guest just like any other guest server. You can build multiple virtual networks if you have a compan1.local network and a company2.local network, for example. There is *never* a reason to run Hyper-V with another role...PARTICULARLY a DC.
