Hello,
I would like to create a menu dynamically. How would I create this in code behind (C#)?

<ul class="nav">
<li id="li1" runat="server"><a id="A1" href="~/Page1.aspx" runat="server"></a></li>
<li id="li2" runat="server"><a id="A2" href="~/Page2.aspx" runat="server"></a></li>
</ul>
