Sonic Wall Mobile Connect - setup on server?

Hi,

I am trying to use Sonic Wall Mobile Connect for iPhone/iPad in order to dial in from my iPad.

We are using NSA2400 firewall and I have checked the OS is up-to-date.

So far I can only find documentation re how to setup on the iPad/iPhone but is there an instruction to show what need to do on the Sonic Wall itself?

I couldn't connect as it says unable to reach server.

Many thanks for your help.

Do you already have the SSL VPN server setup on your SonicWALL?  If not please refer to https://www.fuzeqna.com/sonicwallkb/consumer/kbdetail.asp?kbid=6461

Be advised that you have a limited number of concurrent SSL VPN sessions on the NSA 2400 without buying additional licenses.  I want to say it is 2 or 5 but can't remember for sure.

OK thanks, will have a go tomorrow (if I can get to work of course :))

Its 2 concurrent licenses that come with NSA2400. Can purchase upto 25.

If you are under a current support contract with SonicWALL they will walk you through the exact steps to set this up, or even remote into your network and do it for you if you want.

Connect further...control easier

With the ATEN CE624, you can now enjoy a high-quality visual experience powered by HDBaseT technology and the convenience of a single Cat6 cable to transmit uncompressed video with zero latency and multi-streaming for dual-view applications where remote access is required.

OK Thanks, the last thing I want is to upset the present setup and found out tomorrow no one can connect remotely.

Have followed the instruction but still no joy. Still getting the server un-reach error. I am using my own ID which is in the Admin group.

Went to the Test page (the last page) the SSLVPN login didn't show up.

Without looking at your config not sure I can be of much assistance.  Give SonicWALL support a call they will walk you through it.  Or better yet use the chat function on sonicwall.com/support as they respond much faster to chat than to phone.
