Hi

I have a client who for the past 3 years whilst using Outlook/Entourage has filed all emails on her Mac Book in her Idenetity. Today she experienced a crash after which she cant open Outlook. She has rebuilt her Identity several times but no luck it will not open with this profile.

She has created a new Identity and is receiving new email but has now lost 3 years worth of filed emails which were in her old identity.

The corrupt Identity  and files can be seen through finder (Outlook 2011 Identities folder) so it seems likely that all her archived email is still there.

How can we import this old data into her new Identity?
