MS Access VBA upload attachment

I want to build a form that saves attachments to folder and the path to SQL Server on select and save.

Any good links for that?

This is MS Access 2003 believe it or not.
I need toi select a file on click event
Load the file to a shared folder
Save the file path to sql

try this sample db for a starter
FileBrowser.mdb
