Exchange 2010 email search and extract or exchange 2010 database email search and extract

I need to know if it is possible to search exchange 2010 email database as an exchange admin user or any other network account in order to locate a message that was sent in error to a group of people within the internal organization so that I can extract and delete its existence from all those users mailboxes (inbox, sent items, etc.).
