Exchange 2007, SBS 2008 Self Signed Certificate Renewal

Our self-signed certificate has expired and OUtlook users are getting a notice when they start Outlook. If I run the 'Fix My Network' wizard it picks it up and figures out it needs to be reissued. If I just run that fix will that work, or do I risk breaking something else in the process?

Thanks

I ran the 'fix my network' wizard and it resolved the issue. Didn't realyl want to touch the Exchange Console. Thanks

People recommending exchange fixes for SBS has become quite the trend here, but it is not good advice. The exchange fixes do not fix up the cert for RWA, for example. The fix my network wizard works, will not cause other problems, and touches ALL of the moving parts of SBS. Please help pass it on and stop the exchange posts.

The fix my network resolved the problem, not the other suggestions.
