Please visit www.mwebdev.com/ls.html. I'm trying to center the footer image horizontally across all resolutions and screen sizes, and I'm having trouble doing so. Please take a look at the image (skylines with sky background) and advise on how I can center it. Thanks!

Use this for your #footer CSS background:
background: url("images/footer-skyline.jpg") no-repeat scroll center top transparent

No problem. It's always good to have another pair of eyes take a look at things.
