VB.net Include custom control in Project

Hi

I am trying to include a custom DataGridView with a filter, which  I was ditected to in a previous question:

The files that I downloaded are in the following image. I'm not quite sure how to do this

1) Right click on Toolbox and click Add/Remove Items
2) Browse to the above DLL.
3) After clicking ok, you will see new controls from that DLL in toolbox.
