Trying to build a project and it says "rebuild failed"

No error message is displayed in the error list.  It says "0 Errors".

How can I find out the reason it is failing?

UPDATE:

I did find this in the Output Window:

------ Rebuild All started: Project: Models, Configuration: Debug Any CPU ------
  Models -> C:\R13\Models\bin\Debug\Models.dll
------ Rebuild All started: Project: GoogleMaps, Configuration: Debug Any CPU ------

You are having invalid values in the project properties. Right click the project and click on properties. Go through the build events and see if it makes sense to you.
