database - build all fails

Trying to build a project and it says "rebuild failed"

No error message is displayed in the error list.  It says "0 Errors".

How can I find out the reason it is failing?

UPDATE:

I did find this in the Output Window:

  Models -> C:\R13\Models\bin\Debug\Models.dll

You are having invalid values in the project properties. Right click the project and click on properties. Go through the build events and see if it makes sense to you.
