Web Video Player with Restrictions

I need a YouTube like video player that can be optionally configured to disallow fast forward, so that the person watching is forced to play the whole video. During the video, near the end, the video watcher will be provided with a code that they then must key in upon completion; without keying in the code, they will NOT receive a "free prize".

Can YouTube be configured to operate like this?

If not, is there another player (free or not) that can be acquired that has these capabilities?

Can Flash be used to do this?

Thanks
