We have tried UFS explorer and tried to mount the drive but have not had luck so far (a sperate quetion on this exists)

If you had RAID0 and a disk failed, you will not recover anything without taking the disks to a specialist recovery company who would need to recover the data from the failed drive before recreating the RAID0 array.

In the UK, in the past I have used Vogon (1992, recovered two crashed disks from a RAID5 array) , I have also heard good reports from Kroll Ontrack.

When using RAID0, it is always a question of when, not if you will lose data.

In the end used Kroll Ontrack. Was very expensive and to be honest, if we had more time we could have done it inhouse with software.
But we did get the data back
