sp_send_dbmail works if tsql job agent calls tsql, but does not work if assembly called

real simple.  sa is owner in both cases
i have tsql job agent calling sproc directly with sp_send_dbmail, works beatifully.
i have tsql job agent calling c# assembly which calls sproc with sp_send_dbmail, now sp_send_dbmail not working.

think i figured out the problem in theory, no have time to test.  need DatabaseMailUser role for user that calls into sproc (connection string)
