Display php value from wordpress plugin

I bought a wordpress review plugin WPReviewEngine which displays average post ratings as star ratings. I however need this value as a number, not converted into star graphics.

I cannot get through to the support staff and was hoping someone could help me out if they know this plugin (which I paid for but I'm getting frustrated by what seems to me to be a lack of support).

Check the wp_postsmeta table to see if the review values are stored there.  That is the typical place.  Alternately, start looking at the plugin's PHP files and get to the point where it writes the review value and the code used will tell you where it is going.

As an aside, support typically means "they will help if the plugin is not working" and not "you paid for the plugin and so the developers will help you do things other than what we wrote the plugin to do."  I kind of understand a non-response in this case :)

Thanks Jason it was in the wp_postmeta. I take your point about the support (although their support system is currently broken) - was having a bad day yesterday so will try to un-sarcasticize my post somehow.
