Ssl certificate install webmail not working

Hey there,

I recently renewed my geotrust cert for mail. domainname.org on my SBS 2008 server.  I followed the instructions which were make the signing request, download the cert, completed the request in iis7.  Binded the cert to the server and restarted iisadmin.

Webmail works internally and shows the correct cert in owa and rww without errors or mismatches.  Externally outside the network, I get access denied.  I don't think I need a UCC San cert for this since it's one name?  Smtp mail should be unaffected by this right?

Please help and let me how I can fix test this?

Make sure 443 is not binded on Default Website in IIS.
