New managed custom folder not showing up

Please help, I just created an exchange 2007 new managed custom folder using EMC, but it's not showing up in my outlook. Do I have to wait for it to sync?

Here are the steps I did,
1.Run the EMC.
2.Expand the Organization Configuration node and then click Mailbox.
3.Either right-click the Mailbox object and choose the New Managed Custom Folder… option, or choose the same option from the Action pane.
4.The New Managed Custom Folder wizard appears which consists of the screen that you see now, plus the Completion screen.

Ideally once you make changes you can start the managed folder assistant using Exchange shell and check with Outlook or OWA\Webmail to confirm
