SBS2008, Exchange 2007 and Mac Outlook 2011 Problems

I have a client running sbs2008, exhcnage 2007, 25 users and one with a Mac running  Outlook 2011. They complain rules in Outlook on the mac don't work.

Are there compatilibility issues with this combination?
