Issue with IIS

I have several IIS servers running. I have just completed an internal PIN test and found these servers when called upon via browser using IP address all reveal the attached file image. I need to know how I can take these servers and make it so when accessed via a browser using the servers IP that the page comes up with blank info not to reveal the true IIS version or even the notion it is a web server. Of course I still need these servers to function properly as web servers but not be so revealing. See attached file please.
