Windows updates failing

I have a new dell laptop with windows 7 having the windows updates fail.  Tried numerous things, but they still fail.  Seems like it's the only laptop at the moment failing.

I have attached the windowsupdate.log and the CBS.log files if anyone can figure anything out, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks, Dan

i have solved cases, by installing the oldest updates ' (2-3) manually
so change the update setting from automatic to manual, and pick the oldest 2 to start

Thanks guys, actually the problem was with my MSCE2010 server.  When I logged into the server, it had crashed, or was in a crashed state.  I restarted it, and had the user try again and it worked, it installed successfully, so I'm not sure why my MSCE2010 server crashes so often, it just seems like the software is garbage.
