AOL Desktop 9.7

I have client that uses Aol DEKSTOP 9.7.  installed on Windows 7 Home computer.

When tries to logon get a small box that is blank, red X in upper right hand corner, OK radio button at bottom.

have to click on OK about 5 toimes befgore it dissappears and program starts
