Cannot receive calendar invitations, but email is fine from specific domain
Morning,
I have an interesting query where we happily receive our clients emails, but not his calendar invites. I cannot see why not for the life of me.
We use Exchange 2010, we route our email through Symantec Cloud/Message Labs and have Sophos Pure Message installed as well.
Looking at the Symantec Cloud Track and Trace Logs, the invites are rejected by our Exchange server:

What email software used by your client. I remember same issue, where calendar invites are stuck or failed to delivery. You need to ask client to check at their end.
ASKER
Hi - they are using Lotus Notes! I have asked the client to check their end too.
Ask them to sent a test invite to your public account like Gmail or Yahoo that can confirm where is the issue.
ASKER
Yes - invitations reach other recipients, we receive other calendar invites - just not from this one domain. We do get their email though.
