cannot dismount exchange 2010 database

Hi guys,

I am trying to dismount an exchange 2010 database to enable circular login, but when i try, i get the error below ..

the error says MapiExceptionBackupInProgress

it seems you have a backup in progress.

try to stop all backup related services and try again

the error message say that there is a backup in progress. Check if backup is running on that server.
