Exchange Server 2010 Disclaimer/Auto Sign problem

We created a transport rule for some senders message to add sign like disclaimer.

But in conversation mails, like fwd mails or reply mails this text added by server to the bottom of message.

We just need to add the text to message before the replied or forwarded message.

Can we do it with transport rule ?

We don't want to create auto sign to all users outlook.

you just hit THE problem of disclaimer/signature server side. there is nothing you can do about it the server is appending it to the end of the email while the email is passing
