Exchange 2007 Resource Issue

We have several resource rooms created in Exchange 2007.  Users are complaining that the meeting requests are coming back as declined because the resource does not accept meetings longer than 1440 minutes.  No one can remember who created the rooms, so going in through OWA to modify the setting does not correct the issue. Is there another way we can fix this problem?

By default exchange will allow you to book a meeting room for 24 hrs, if they want to continuously book it more than 24 hours hour, you have to change the maxbookinwindow

Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity "Room Mailbox Name" -MaximumDurationInMinutes 2080

Note: Instead of doing that you can ask them to book a recurring meeting
