Is it possible to embed a Internet Browser with a Sharepoint 2010 page?

I want to put our TimeCard System home page inside of SharePoint

Not sure if I explained it correctly but I attached a picture of what I'm thinking.

There is a webpart you can add to your pages in SharePoint called the Page Viewer Webpart. You specify a URL in the settings and it displays an iFrame to that page. That's the sort of embedding you can do easily.
