Lotus Notes 8.5.1 - Using Mail Rule
I created a Mail Rule that is not working - see attached screen shot to view the way I set up the rule.
Is this correct? I've tested and the recipient does not receive a copy of the e-mail.
I've also tested this between coworkers and same result - recipient did not receive the message.
Hopeful that someone out there has an answer for me.
Thanks,
Margot

Thank you, your suggestion helped us. We also needed to change the way we were inputting the sender / contains criteria field using their name only (Not full e-mail address). We then added each person separating names with "OR" and the action was to send a copy to - and we chose the person from the address book then added the action. Tested with coworkers and it worked, although tested with another person and it didn't work, we need to test some more. Thank you for your assistance.

for the following reason:
More testing required, it works for some but not for others.

My apologies - when I tried to give you the points, the system wasn't working properly and I got called to other things to my job. You definately deserved points for your response!
No problem, it's sorted :-)
I think your logic isn't exactly the computers logic. What you want is that all mails with address A are forwarded, and all mails with address B, etc. To achieve this, you have to use the computer's logic: you want the rule to be executed when the address is A or B or C or D.
Try to replace the ANDs by ORs.
