Temporary Profile

I have set up the administrator account/profile on a Lenovo G780 laptop.  All network functions O.K.  Attempted to set up a user account/profile for an existing user who is getting this laptop to work from home with.  Her desktop at work is fine on the network, but when I try to set her profile up on the laptop, it keeps setting up a temporary profile.  I have deleted registry entries and user accounts and even started over again with a clean install of Windows and it still wants to set up a temporary profile instead of the usual profile that I have been setting up here for almost 5 years.

If what you mean by "when she logs in offline" is that the computer is not connected to the domain network, it is.  I can log on as admin, but when I switch users, to add her using her logon and password, that is when the temporary profile is established.  And I can't get rid of it.

I may have figured this out.  Give me until tomorrow.

Chris, I figured out what you meant and that fixed it.

Thank you very much.
Sorry I didn't make it very clear. I haven't had access to a server for the last couple of weeks so couldn't lay it out exactly. Glad you got it.
