If what you mean by &quot;when she logs in offline&quot; is that the computer is not connected to the domain network, it is. &nbsp;I can log on as admin, but when I switch users, to add her using her logon and password, that is when the temporary profile is established. &nbsp;And I can't get rid of it.

I have set up the administrator account/profile on a Lenovo G780 laptop. &nbsp;All network functions O.K. &nbsp;Attempted to set up a user account/profile for an existing user who is getting this laptop to work from home with. &nbsp;Her desktop at work is fine on the network, but when I try to set her profile up on the laptop, it keeps setting up a temporary profile. &nbsp;I have deleted registry entries and user accounts and even started over again with a clean install of Windows and it still wants to set up a temporary profile instead of the usual profile that I have been setting up here for almost 5 years.
