Without editing the Registry with some hacks you can't. The Send To-&gt;MaiL Recipient requires a MAPI client which Google mail is not. &nbsp;You could however configure Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Outlook as a Gmail Client via POP3/IMAP and use that to send from Word via GMail.

I use gmail and find it irreplaceable.<br />

However I prepare I word 2007 docuement and try to email it it uses outlook (as set in the internet options win xp). <br />

I can choose hot mail from internet options but I really need gmail to send the document.<br />

I tried gAttach and other suggestions but they dont work. aAttach was the most promising. <br />

Notifier just opens links so it doesn't cut it.<br />
