Deleted Default Web and Components in SBS 2011 - Help!

I deleted the entire SBS 2011 default website along with the database. Is this recoverable without a backup?

You can try a Recuva from http://recuva.com
I think there are components like System Restore to revert your system, but it has to be enabled first..

If you don't have the db then you can't recreate the existing site with its content. If there was no content, then of course you can recreate the site by recreating the web application.
