Hi,

yes, there are two possible areas to specify that:
When you try to process the cube through BIDS deployment and process, then you have to modify the property "ErrorConfiguration" on each (!) dimension and configure your expected behavior (e.g. discard records, map to unknown ...).

If you process the cube through SQL Server Management Studio, you can set the same options for the whole process (Process Database/Cube -> button "Change Settings" -> Tab "Dimension Key error")

Hi,

I did that, however, when I process the entire cube, it is givin me so many dimension_key not found error. However  I've dimension keys on the dim table. Both fact and dim table.
Why this behavior?

Just to more details about my structure, I've one dimension shared by many fact table. In a confirm dimension.

Is this the reason.

Thanks for any answer.
