Hi,

Is there any Microsoft tool is available by which we can do the internal DNS health checkup.

If you are running DNS on your domain controllers then you can use DCDIAG /test:dns
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc776854(v=ws.10).aspx

I'm honestly not sure if it'll work against non-AD integrated DNS servers, as I only have AD-integrated zones on my DC/DNS servers.
