Outlook resource scheduling slow and failing to cancel appointments
I have set up a mailbox to be used exclusively as our office calendar. I have a dedicated Outlook client which has resource scheduling automatically accepting meeting requests. I have two problems -
1. It takes 60 seconds for the appointment to be accepted and put into the diary (my current public folder does this instantly)
2. If I then cancel the meeting and send update to the office diary, this is not processed and the appointment is not removed.

Yes & Yes.
Are you able to set up a a test account to see if you can replicate the behavior?

I have done it the other way around, i.e. from the test calendar to my calendar and the delay is still present. I may have to raise this with Microsoft if I don't get any answers here.
