CISCO SPANNING TREE

Is it possible to run two modes of spanning tree on the same box.  For instance can PVST run on certain ports or Vlans and MST on other Vlans or ports.

Depends on the box.
IOS (catalyst) switches - No.
NX-OS (Nexus) switches - Yes
