Exchange 2007 SP3, can't received internal email from certain users

Hi Experts,

May I know what steps are used to troubleshoot this issue and how to trace the missing messages? I could receive email from user A before, but not now.  I never receive email from user B.  I can receive email from others.  Both users A and B seem not to have email issue with others.

Hi,

make sure that they are using correct email address of yours.. ask them to try deleting cached email address on their outlook and send choosing from GAL..

did they try sending from owa?

and i'm sure you dont have any rules to delete/reject their mails.

They send out from Outlook and I don't have any rules and firewall to block them.  Also I've checked my spam folder.  

Let me ask them to send me again using GAL.

But from Exchange admin, is there any tool we can use to trace where the email goes?

are they not getting any NDR?
They don't get NDR at all.   I am new for E2007.  Is there any article talking about the trace?
