Problem with Delphi Web Service

I have created an application in Delphi 2010 that has successfully imported the WSDL of a web service written in C# (see attached files) .  I appear to be getting past the credentialing but when I attempt to access the service I get Addressfilter mismatch error (see screenshot).

Here is the client side code

procedure TForm1.Button1Click(Sender: TObject);
var mSite: sites;
 mService: ISiteListService;
  FRIO := THTTPRIO.Create(self);
  FRIO.HTTPWebNode.UserName := 'User';
  FRIO.HTTPWebNode.Password := 'Pass';
   FRIO.HTTPWebNode.InvokeOptions := [SOAPHTTPTrans.soIgnoreInvalidCerts,SOAPHTTPTrans.soNoSOAPActionHeader];

   mService :=    GetISiteListService(TRUE,'',FRIO);
