Is there any way that I can create a custome menu and have it in just some specific posts or pages in wordpress?

Yes, you can add menus as widgets and then use a plugin like Dynamic Widgets to control where it shows up.

Thank you , I have installed that widget and some simmilars ,
that's a good option but not exactly what I need

I need something other than the main sidebar and inside the post text (not in main sidebar area) , like a list of staff.

having several custom menus as widgets then manage them where to be placed
