We are currently experiencing a problem which we have no idea what to look for to solve it.
We have a dialler application that dial 2 telephone numbers and then connect the 2 calls to each other so they can have a conversation. It also record the conversation.
This dialler work fine in our current production environment.
We now want to move it to a different data centre with more capacity (since we want to grow our business) but on the new deployment we experience a loss of voice between 10 and 30 seconds every time the number of calls go above 20.
Our current production environment handle more than 200 concurrent calls with no problem.
Any ideas what we can investigate to find these problems ?
