Mail not being delivered. virtual server mailboxes

Hi i have a problem with my virtual server web mail.

We have about 30 clients that we host websites for and we also give them free hord webmail that we turn on using the plesk panel. i turn it on by navigating to their web hosting (in plesk) and turning on the hord webmail.

My company also has our website and mail on the same virtual server as our clients.

The problem is:
If i send mail from my mailbox: email@tseoc.co.uk
to a client at email@ersad.co.uk then the email will get lost and vice versa if the client tries to sends to me.

I have been trying to add spf records to the domains but not sure if it is working.

This is what i have set on tseoc.co.uk
v=spf1 ip4:91.216.18.0/24 +a +mx -all

and this is what i have set on ersad.co.uk
v=spf1 +a +mx -all

Other client have problems also with mail but using a different set up.
for example: clients that have mail set up to send to an external mail server like vizsec.com that have their mail getting sent over to fast-hosts mail servers.

Can any one take a look at the DNS for those domains and advise me of any settings that might be incorrect please.

Thanks very much.

ASKER

in the mail preferences for tseoc.co.uk

i do see this:

Use DomainKeys spam protection system to sign outgoing e-mail messages       (Server policy)

or

Switch on greylisting spam protection for all mail accounts under this domain

they both have a un-ticked check box next to them.

should i turn both of them on? will it fix it?

When the mail fails i don't see a mail delivery failure message. and not sure how to check mail logs??
ahh actually them 2 check boxes are both greyed out and i can tick them even when trying to change the other settings above.
i have looked in the master mail settings (not inside a domains hosting) and i can see a tick box that says:

DomainKeys spam protection:

Allow signing outgoing mail      (has check box)
Verify incoming mail      (has check box)
 Switch on SPF spam protection (has set up box)

should i turn all this stuff on?

i dont want to mess it up lol..
