I'm about to complete my office 365 exchange migration tonight and I'm wondering what the best way to finish this thing up.<br />

I've run a batch script a few times this week to sync the mailboxes and it's working error free. <br />
<br />
1) run batch script for a final time<br />
2) stop exchange services on onsite exchange 2010 server<br />
3) change dns records<br />
4) change settings on outlook 2007/2010 for about 20 desktops.<br />
5) wait..<br />
<br />
The users have been informed they wont have any email for a 12-24 hour period. It's not an issue.<br />
