My OS is win 7 64 bit and I use Outlook 2010. After eading an email I try to move it to a specific folder. When I clickon the Move function, it shows me a list of folders that I had previously moved emails to before, and also Move, copy, etc. It will be ideal if I could increase the number of folders showing up on this pick list. Is there any way where I can increase the number say to 30 folders to show on this pick list. If yes, how and where do I configure this. Thank u.
