My OS is win 7 64 bit and I use Outlook 2010.  After eading an email I try to move it to a specific folder.  When I clickon the Move function, it shows me a list of folders that I had previously moved emails to before, and also Move, copy, etc.  It will be ideal if I could increase the number of folders showing up on this pick list.  Is there any way where I can increase the number say to 30 folders to show on this pick list.  If yes, how and where do I configure this.  Thank u.

You can't increase the number of folder showing up move folder list.  Move to Folder and the dialog box comes up showing the last 10 used folders
