How can i enable a ipad3 mini to print wirelessly?

I'm seeking help on enabling my ipad 3 mini to print wirelessly to a Bizhub 351 Konica Minolta printer here at my company's network. Any help is greatly appreciated and awarded here. Thanks

Try pagescope mobile for ipad.

Or

If you have a spare time and you know how to manually add service in a spare computer running windows xp or above, you can try to install AirPrint service and share the Konica printer to iPad.
